Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
starlinefy operates this website as a commercial service providing professional video operations, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and reliable high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms constitute a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least eighteen years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts in the United Kingdom. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with media feed services. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
Prohibited conduct
You must not upload material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise unlawful. You must not use the service to transmit viruses, engage in denial-of-service attacks or harvest data from other users. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit the feeds beyond the scope of your agreement is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Accounts, submissions or user content
Where accounts or content submissions are offered you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any material you submit remains your property but you grant starlinefy a licence to use it solely for delivering the requested services. You warrant that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with all applicable UK laws including the Data Protection Act 2018.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, video formats, signal protocols and other content on the site are owned by starlinefy or its licensors. You may view pages for personal or internal business use only. No reproduction, distribution or derivative works are permitted without prior written consent. Trademarks such as the starlinefy name and logo must not be used without authorisation.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference third-party broadcasting platforms, satellite providers or software tools. Such references do not constitute endorsement. starlinefy accepts no responsibility for the content, availability or practices of any third party. Availability, changes, suspension and termination

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. UK consumers retain rights to bring claims in their local courts under applicable consumer protection legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Alternative dispute resolution options may be available through approved schemes.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid the remaining terms continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
